Unfortunate facts for the day: According to American Heart
Association (AHA) for 2014 one person dies every minute from heart attach, one person
dies every four minutes from a stroke, cancer rates are increasing every year, and
diabetes is the fastest chronic disease growing in the USA. So what can be done about this?
In an effort to learn and help you
get healthier I have focused my learning in the last 5 years on the oral–systemic
connection. I would like to share
some thoughts about strengthening your immune system to be able to reduce your
own risk for the chronic diseases that are crippling our country.
In today's busy world, it is hard getting
good information about health. Everyone everywhere has an opinion and it can
get overwhelming and confusing. We know how empowered you feel when you have
the information you need to make informed and wise decisions about what actions
to take to prevent disease and premature aging and to have more energy and feel
healthier.
According to Dr. Fuhrmen in his book Eat To Live it's getting back
to understanding what the high nutrient foods are and learning how we can
design a diet and lifestyle that maximally protects against heart disease,
protects against stroke, protects against dementia in later life, and protects
against all the cancers. He talks about G-BOMS, as something you can include in your diet to
strengthen your body immune system.

By including these in your daily diet and reduce your intake of
processed foods you can reduce your risks for heart disease, stroke, diabetes,
